Storage Tips

Food, Hazardous Materials, and Hazardous Chemicals are not allowed to be stored.

Smoking and the use of alcohol is prohibited at the facility.

TENANT RENTAL

Rental agreements are month to month – One month minimum. No Refunds are given.
$15 non-refundable administration fee
A credit card is recommended to be on file and can be automatically billed for rents due. All major credit cards accepted.
A copy of your Current Driver’s License or Identification Card (Cannot Be Expired) will be taken at time of rental.
All rental agreements are pro-rated to the 1st.
You must provide your own lock and keep unit locked during rental period.
No working and no sleeping inside the facility and storage units at any time – for storage use only.
No loitering at facility. Only moving or storage activities are allowed.
